Our Culture

Xillium has an Americanized Filipino culture, bridging the cultural and professional gap between our clients and employees. This allows our clients to experience a familiar way of communicating while creating a desirable place of work for our employees.

Management Team

The key to our hybrid culture is our management team. They work closely with our founder to learn and grow skills that fit a typical U.S. company, being tested by clients through audit processes and escalations. New managers are first vetted and then enter a mentoring program to ensure they are able to carry the multicultural company values to all staff that they supervise.
