Xillium has an Americanized Filipino culture, bridging the cultural and professional gap between our clients and employees. This allows our clients to experience a familiar way of communicating while creating a desirable place of work for our employees.
The key to our hybrid culture is our management team. They work closely with our founder to learn and grow skills that fit a typical U.S. company, being tested by clients through audit processes and escalations. New managers are first vetted and then enter a mentoring program to ensure they are able to carry the multicultural company values to all staff that they supervise.
Our values are represented by openness, integrity, and ethics, starting with leadership, and are reflected throughout the entire company.
Our leader’s experience in technology focuses our work ethic towards security, making us fit well with our US clients. For Filipinos, pride in their workplace is a cultural value that is reflected internally within the company. We work hard to uphold, reinforce, and establish these standards to create a better environment for our staff.
Xillium resides in its communities. We are a part of it and are made of it. To be a good steward of our neighborhoods means we need to continue to build our relationships with and support the community. The ways in which we give back is a reflection of our leadership's personal values and belief in people.
Xillium is headquartered in Cary, NC. Operating in Iloilo City, Philippines and other offices across the country.
