Xillium has an Americanized Filipino culture. It functions as a bridge so our clients experience a familiar way of communicating while creating a desirable place of work for everyone in the Philippines. Our staff are well-grounded in our culture, enabling them to adapt to the high demands of working remotely with our US clients. The key to our hybrid culture is our management team. They work closely with the founder, learning and growing skills that fit a typical US company and have been tested by clients through audit processes and escalations. New managers are first vetted then enter a mentoring program to ensure they are able to carry the multicultural company values to all staff that they supervise. Our clients have a comfortable way of working with us while experiencing the positive aspects of Filipino culture — that we love to share. The values of the company are represented by its openness, integrity and ethics, starting from the leadership and reflected throughout the entire company. Our leaders' experience in technology brings a strong sensitivity towards security, so we fit well with our US clients. Internally, there is pride in the standards we work to uphold. Xillium is headquartered in Cary, NC. Operating in Iloilo City, Philippines and other offices across the country.
