Remote Work

We've been rethinking the office since before the pandemic. Our thoughts go to dynamic retraining, collaboration, teamwork, socialization, and staying connected directly with our staff.

Our client's challenge is the trust required for remote work. We solve that by being intimately close with our staff. Everyone has a local office and face time with managers and colleagues. Often, we know each other's families. This connectedness is what allows a US health care provider to be comfortable with their staff working 12 time zones away.
