Xillium is looking forward to attending the annual ACP Internal Medicine Meeting in Chicago on April 28–30th. The ACP is the largest event for internists from around the world, providing topics ranging from clinical and practice management to patient safety education. Medical professionals will have the opportunity to interact with leading equipment vendors at the conference's exhibit hall.

Our team is excited to showcase and bring our services closer to even more groups of medical professionals. This is also an opportunity for us to introduce guests to some treats and flavors brought all the way from the Philippines.

A Taste of the Philippine Culture

The Philippines is known for its high-quality local products, arts, delicious cuisines, and friendly people. We want to give the guests a taste of Philippine culture by bringing traditional items and treats with us to the event.

Our giveaways include local chocolates and coffee beans—in three variations: Excelsa, Robusta, Liberica, and Arabica—all sourced from different parts of the Philippines and packaged in small hand-woven small buri boxes. Buri, the largest and most common palm, grows at low and medium altitudes throughout the country.

Because we want people passing by our booth to smell and enjoy the aroma of local Philippine coffee, we will have a large burlap bag filled with our native coffee beans on display. Adding this element to our booth will add a touch of Filipino culture.

Coming to ACP, we want to brand our company in a way that reflects the pride we have in our country.

Planning Phase

We spent 2 months of planning in preparation for ACP.  This will be our second medical conference since the FMX in 2019 which set the tone for planning this appearance as well, allowing us a smoother and more efficient brainstorming process. Our team has carefully planned our booth design along with the background, display, and layout to exhibit the lengthy creative process our design team has executed. Having a mock-up table to envision their ideas helped to refine the final touches and make any improvements where needed.

Our Brand of Service

Filipinos are well known for being hospitable and excellent workers because of their good communication and social skills. When we hire new staff, we utilize a pool of registered nurses and college graduates to ensure the right qualifications are met. Our President and CEO, Vanessa, is looking forward to sharing the family and working culture that has created the mold for our brand of service in the ACP. The company's sales and marketing teams' combined efforts have created materials containing both information about us—and the Filipino heart of service and hospitality.
