Xillium has been required to extend all of its programs, from HIPAA to security and training to on-site employees. To meet the needs of our clients, we have developed plans to onboard new nursing staff by creating a training regime that will integrate them while they work from home. Though difficult, we are fortunate that our previous experience with remote tools and communication has allowed us to complete this task successfully. We can manage both local office-controlled and at-home staff. Our clients have the option of selecting the method they want to use and the advantages they want to maximize. Staff are all managed by well-trained management, whether they are in an office or at home.
