New Orleans' vibrance set the stage for meaningful conversations with primary care providers and practice managers. We discussed streamlining workflows, reducing admin burdens, and managing patient follow-ups without disrupting care. At the BrightStar 2025 Conference

Between sessions and warm Florida weather, we spent time with clinical, operations, and business leaders at this year’s BrightStar conference. Two Days at Privia Houston

We spent two days in Houston meeting with doctors, staff, and practice owners. Many talked about the day-to-day challenges of managing calls, prior auths, and admin work. There was interest in lightening the load, especially at the front desk. We brought local chocolates too—always a good way to start a conversation.
